Nimesh has experience of more than 6 years in the field of Audit & Assurance and Direct Taxation. At the start of his career, he has worked with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells LLP for a period of 2.5 years at Mumbai & Ahmedabad Location.

Nimesh is an audit enthusiast handling almost all types of audits such as Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Special Purpose Audits, IFC Audits, Income Tax Audits, GST Audits, Stock Audits Etc.

He has experience of handling various audit assignments of the organizations which come from different industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food/FMCG, Alumina, Hotels & Leisure, Textile, Cement & Construction, Advertising Agencies, Media & Entertainment etc. Apart from Auditing Assignments, he has gained rich experience in various assurance engagements such as:

GAAP Transition & Consolidation Engagements (which includes Ind-AS / IFRS Transition & Reporting Engagements)
Internal Financial Control (IFC) Implementations
Designing Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Nimesh is one of the youngest GAAP advisors in India who has successfully completed more than 25 GAAP Transition & Consolidation Engagements for various big corporate entities. He also contributes in respect of Financial Reporting, GAAP Advisory and Auditing Areas as a member of various committees at ICAI, Ahmedabad.
